HERITAGE PARK APARTMENTS EL RENO, OKLAHOMA

After my husband and I were married in the beginning of 2007 I moved in with a good friend of mine in El Reno. Until my husband finished up his culinary training at Guthrie Job Corp. After my husband completed Job Corp we rented an apartment in the city of El Reno just a few blocks down from the High School and a few houses down from the local B&B. I had asked the manager about the history of the building because the architecture looked old. She told me that the complex had once been a hotel for people who traveling by train. Sort of like a boarding house of sorts, then it became a home for the elderly, and after that an apartment complex.

The first few months we had no activity what-so-ever. It wasn't until after we learned that we were expecting that things began to happen. First it was the feeling of being watched then like somebody was behind you. My black, male cat Artemis would bristle as if something had entered the room. He would hiss, scratch, and yowl at the air.

When I was almost six months pregnant. My friend who I had previously stayed with stayed the night to celebrate my husband's birthday party. She had slept in the living room and woke up to what felt like someone standing over her and watching her. She refused to stay the night after that opting for me to come over to her house.

While I was pregnant I craved Sid's chili cheese fries and banana shakes. So my husband bought me to large orders of chili cheese fries and a large banana shake before going to work. When I went to get a thing of the fries I found one of the containers out of the bag and on the cabinet. The container was open.

Also, we had a problem with jarred peanut butter. No matter where we put it, it would always end up in the fridge. So to test that neither of us were doing it we put the peanut butter in the highest kitchen cabinet and went out for a little bit. When we came back it was in the fridge again.

Things began getting ridiculous when I was eight months pregnant. My husband worked the graveyard shift and I was sitting on the couch watching t.v. When I heard this banging sound in the kitchen (the living room, kitchen, and dining room shared the same space.) I looked behind me to see the fridge rocking back and forth wildly. I got up and it stopped. There had already been a dent on the freezer door but when I looked it was almost five times the size it originally had been. As I was inspecting the fridge. The stove on the other side of the fridge jumped out half a foot from the wall. When my husband came home he saw the stove asked me if I had moved it. I'm like, "Yes. I am big and pregnant. I can barely move and decided to randomly pull the stove out. -rolls eyes-"

A couple of days after the kitchen incident. I was sitting on the couch while my husband was at work. When I felt somebody behind me. I turned and saw a boy standing in the hallway. He looked to be about thirteen, slightly taller than me, pale, black hair to his chin that had a jagged flip. Black pull over hoody, dark jeans, black blue and white tennis shoes. He looked like he was highly angry and frustrated. For a moment I thought somebody had broken into my house. Because he looked just like a normal person, completely solid. I asked "What are you doing here?" I didn't get a response. He just disappeared like he had never been there at all.

A week before my scheduled delivery I was home alone once again. I was using the bathroom and had the door closed. When I heard pacing. Walking from the living room and to the bathroom door. Several times before I opened the bathroom door. I was still using the bathroom after I opened the door. Then heard pacing in my bedroom. Going from the bedroom door to the closet door. Finally I left the bathroom and put my ear up to the bedroom door. I heard the pacing. I opened the bedroom door and left the light off. When I entered the bedroom the knob on the closet door was jiggling. I waited until it stopped and opened the closet door. There was nothing there.

After I had my daughter I had horrible dreams about the bedroom closet. I also had gut feelings that I should never leave her alone in the bedroom or even for me and her to be alone in the bedroom together.

AMBASSADOR COURTS APARTMENTS OKLAHOMA CITY OKLAHOMA

Oh wow........this place is one of the places that I had most of my experiences. This should be fun......I don't even know where to start with this one.

Some of the very first things I remember was scratching, footsteps, talking, whispering, laughter, knocking within the walls. Not knocking on or behind the walls, but within. There were blood stains on the kitchen floor, upstairs hallway (it was a townhouse), bathroom, and in my mom's bedroom. In the kitchen there was a metal sheet behind the stove in case there was a fire, it had bullet indentions. The neighborhood wasn't a good neighborhood to begin with. Alot of street and gang violence, drugs, prostitution, and etc. The complex was apart of Section 8 housing. No more than five or six blocks away was the house we lived in on 15th and Byers. I was in fifth grade and attended my old school at Shidler (shy'd-ler) Elementary School.

The first things that happened to me were things in my room being rearranged. I could be home and set something on my dresser to come back a minute later to find it on my shelf. I heard maniacal laughter coming from my closet, also whispering, and talking. Scratching coming from inside my closet. My bedroom and my mom's shared a wall, at night time it would sound like and feel like static electricity emanating from this wall. My mom slept in the living room because her room echoed alot of the traffic outside. It got to the point that I slept in the living room too because of the noises in my room.

My mom became friends with this woman named Gloria who would sell her things. The activity in my room began to increase after my mom bought an old television set from her. The t.v. was put in my room. It was old and square with a wooden frame. You could tell it was something used in a hotel. My mom then bought a bedframe with a matching shelf, and wall shelf from her. I would hear banging coming from the television and weird sounds coming from it. My mom got rid of it and bought me a new t.v.

A couple of months after my mom bought the bedset my mom decided to try and sleep in her room again. My little brother slept in bed with her. At three o'clock in the morning my door opened and my bedroom light turned on, I heard someone say my name, it sounded JUST like my mom, "Destiny wake up. Wake up Destiny." I kept refusing to get up asking for five more minutes. When I felt my blanket being tugged, I kept pulling back. Suddenly it was ripped off of me and thrown across the room. I woke up and no one was there, but my bedroom door was open. I still thought it was my mom, so I started getting ready for school. My mom wakes up and asks what I'm doing and for me to go back to bed. An hour later I wake up to a woman in my dooryway her head was crooked like she was hanging, her feet were off the ground. She was completely white from her appearance to her clothes. She was smiling though.

One night I awoke to the feeling of someone getting in bed with me. My bedcovers getting yanked off continued. I had things being thrown, I had a can of bedhead hair texturizer thrown so hard that it exploded. My cats hated being in that room. I felt like I was constantly being followed in the apartment. I had something try to push me down the stairs and even pull my hair. I had the bathroom lights turned off on me and the light switch was in the off position. I started hearing the sound of marbles on my floor.

One time I was taking a bath and out of the corner of my eyes saw these two demonic looking things on either side of the sink. They were a little taller than me. Their backs were to eachother, but heads were facing me. They were skeletal and bone white. They had horns with a crown of thorns around them. They were also illuminated looking, they had a glow to them. I laid down in the tub acting like I didn't see them. Until they finally went away.

A few days after that I watched a Bible being scooted off my shelf and onto the floor. That was when I decided to do something. I put a bible in my closet, under my bed, and on top of my bed. I turned the t.v. to the Jesus Channel, and my radio to a Christian network. I read Bible passages and prayed after about twenty minutes I heard a groan and my blinds shot up and my window opened. Nothing happened after that until.....

We went to a family reunion in Arkansas. While we were there we went to the cemetery where my grandpa is buried. There was a freshly dug grave in the back, for some reason, I was just pulled to it. I walked around and looked at it. The cemetery is on a mountain top and the ground is already soft. But it had rained and the mud was like super glue. I walked away from the grave and got stuck in the mud. I felt something touch my shoulder and that gave me the energy to break free, and speed walk away. When we came home I felt like something was following me. It didn't feel malevolent like before. It felt curious, but it was still just unnerving. I finally said, "If you leave me alone. Everytime I go to that cemetery I will visit you." Suddenly it just stopped.

GRANDVILLE APARTMENTS IN BETHANY OKLAHOMA

I forgot how old I was when we lived there or what grade I was in. The only thing that I really remember is my friend Melissa and I were sitting in my closet. We had a flashlight on a small plastic table in there while we talked. We were trying to get away from my little brother. When we heard a cough coming from within the closet, it was neither of us. When we looked up there was an apparition of a woman looking down at us. Of course we freaked out and ran. You could see her down to the beginning of her chest. She was a light smoky grey color, had poofy curly hair pinned back, sharp features, petite looking, and had no eyes. She was on the shelf bent down looking at us her hands on the hanger bar.

Also while living there, I had a dream about my stepdad dying. He is a semi driver. At the time we didn't have a regular vehicle, when he was in town we drove around in his semi. Well on the Fourth of July we bought some firecrackers, roman candles, bottle rockets, etc. We decided to drive out in the middle of nowhere off of a quiet highway. We were out there for about two hours or so. He had parked his semi in front of a ravine that sheered down about 25-30 feet. The back of the semi was facing the ravine. When we went to pull out the sand and gravel on the shoulder of the highway leading to the ravine, was pulling the truck backward. My stepfather had me, my mom, and little brother get out of the truck. We heard his engine screech real loud and then the semi just roll back followed by a bang. The back wheels and part of the trailer hook up were over the ledge. My mom and I finally started screaming at him to get out, but he refused. So far we were the only ones out there, finally a man his wife and teenage son were driving by, and heard our frantic screams to get my stepdad to stop. They drove a Ford F120 pickup and used a chain to try to pull the semi out. For the first thirty minutes or so the truck struggled to pull him out. A couple of times they were almost pulled in with him, but finally they were able to pull him out. I had a dream about the exact same thing that happened to us. Except nobody came to help us, and my stepdad plunged into the ravine.
